Belinda Daguio serves as PolioPlus Chair for Rotary District 5230, a role she has held for eight years in support of Rotary’s global polio eradication efforts. A charter member and three-time president of the Monterey Pacific Rotary Club, she has led numerous service and fundraising initiatives.

She launched the “Pennies for Polio” campaign to expand grassroots engagement and introduced the Rotary shoe pin symbolizing the journey to end polio, now adopted by districts beyond her region. Belinda is a recipient of Rotary International’s Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World and helps coordinate the annual Walk Across the Golden Gate Bridge for Polio.

Through sustained leadership, she continues to advance Rotary’s commitment to a polio-free world.
